Are children welcomed?
While we don't turn children ages 12 and older away, the Wine Magic Parlor was created for an adults night out/date night.
How long is the show?
A Wine Magic Parlor show is 60-75 minutes with no intermission.
Do you perform private shows?
Yes. We can prepare a Wine Magic Parlor just for you and your guests. LEARN MORE.
Is there a dress code?
The evening is designed for adults night out/date night. We ask that you dress business casual for the evening.
Are gratuities included in the ticket price?
No. Please add gratuities when you checkout. Please be generous.
What is the refund policy?
Can I purchase additional glasses of wine?
Yes. The first glass of wine is included with your ticket. Additional glasses may be purchased separately.
Do I need to print out my tickets?
No. Printed and digital tickets are not necessary. Your party will be checked-in under the ticket purchaser’s name and General Admission ticket holders will be given seating assignments at that time.
How do I check-in on the day of the show?
Once you enter the building, you will be directed to the showroom. Signs will direct you to the showroom. There will be a check-in table outside of the showroom door. Please have one member of your party check-in.
Are non-alcolohic beverages available?
Yes. Tea, coffee, and water.
What time should we arrive?
We suggest you arrive 30 minutes before showtime.
What about Covid-19?
All guests must wear a mask when entering, walking around, and exiting the venue/show. Mask may be removed when drinking/eating. It will be each guests perogative whether or not to wear mask during the show.

Are you or a member of your party experiencing a cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat?
Have you or a member of your party had a fever in the last 48 hours?
